In anticipation of the return of in-office work after the COVID-19 pandemic, several companies in the Philippines took the opportunity to re-fit their offices while most of its employees are working from home. This was also the intention of an US-based insurance company who tapped ArkiNovus’ design-and-build services to make their offices in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig a place that end-users find worthy to come back to once government restrictions loosen.
In just a few months, ArkiNovus was able to immediately complete this major fit-out project. The scope included the restoration of ceilings and walls, the replacement of carpet tiles, the fabrication and installation of doors, drywalls, additional ledges, and lockers, installation of new electrical and HVAC systems, the reconfiguration of existing office furniture, and the installation of new data systems in their cybersecurity room.
The clients are ecstatic to know our on-time accomplishment and has since then called ArkiNovus numerous times for additional renovations in their offices, whether big or small.
