ABOUT THE PROJECT

Allan finished his degree in Architecture in the Mapua Institute of Technology. And from the get-go, he was immediately exposed to several noteworthy projects across the Philippines. These include the Insular Life Corporate Center, and the Pacific Plaza Towers, which was dubbed to be the country’s tallest twin towers of its time.

As construction project managers, Allan and his team is instrumental in the rise of the country’s Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry as they were responsible in constructing the offshore offices of the now 39-billion-dollar sector.

Some of the significant accounts he held include Google, Amazon, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Visa, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Sykes, HSBC, and Covergys Philippines (now Concentrix), where he was the Single Point of Contact and the project director in building at least one million square meters of offices nationwide.

And after almost three decades of solid industry experience, Allan established ArkiNovus in November 2020 with a vision to offer end-to-end design, construction, and management solutions to its clients of different walks – residential, commercial, offices, and government projects.
