About the Project.

Set to become the Philippine Economic Zone Authority’s (PEZA) newest headquarters by 2025, the New PEZA Business and Investments Center represents more than just a physical structure—it’s a beacon of sustainable progress and economic collaboration.

The building’s façade takes inspiration from the balangay, the pre-colonial Filipino boat that played a vital role in early trade and commerce. This design choice is both symbolic and purposeful, embodying the building’s mission to foster strategic partnerships, drive investments, and promote trade for the nation’s growth.

Inside, the center’s features are being designed to meet global green and sustainability standards, reflecting the project owner’s vision of setting a benchmark for sustainable government spaces. Beyond its role as a hub for commerce, this building aims to gain international recognition for its commitment to eco-friendly and forward-thinking design.

ArkiNovus proudly serves as the construction project managers for the initial phase, ensuring that every milestone is met on time, within budget, and to exacting standards. Building on this success, PEZA entrusted ArkiNovus with additional critical roles for Phase 2, including:

  • Architectural & Engineering Design
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Project Management
  • LEED Consultancy

These expanded responsibilities in the fit-out phase highlight ArkiNovus’s capability to deliver not just infrastructure but innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to the client’s vision.
