The building’s façade takes inspiration from the balangay, the pre-colonial Filipino boat that played a vital role in early trade and commerce. Inside, the center’s features are being designed to meet global green and sustainability standards, reflecting the project owner’s vision of setting a benchmark for sustainable government spaces.
