Our Founder

Ar. Allan P. Napoles, uap, CBP

Ar. Allan Napoles is a well-rounded architect who has worked on a wide array of projects over the years. Prior to establishing his own company in 2020, Allan has delivered successful accounts for several high-profile clients—an accomplishment that led to him being sought after by other brands, who value his leadership skills.

His skills are still highly-relevant today, as he remains hands-on on all the projects under ArkiNovus while guiding the next generation of architects and engineers in becoming tomorrow’s industry leaders.

Education and Experience

Allan finished his degree in Architecture in the Mapua Institute of Technology. And from the get-go, he was immediately exposed to several noteworthy projects across the Philippines. These include the Insular Life Corporate Center, and the Pacific Plaza Towers, which was dubbed to be the country’s tallest twin towers of its time.

As construction project managers, Allan and his team is instrumental in the rise of the country’s Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry as they were responsible in constructing the offshore offices of the now 39-billion-dollar sector.

Some of the significant accounts he held include Google, Amazon, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Visa, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Sykes, HSBC, and Covergys Philippines (now Concentrix), where he was the Single Point of Contact and the project director in building at least one million square meters of offices nationwide.

Aside from BPOs, Allan is also the leader in constructing offices, showrooms, and data centers for local household names such as BPI-PhilAm Life, Globe Telecom, Toyota Manila Bay, Home Credit, Philip Morris, and AXA Philippines.

Allan is also involved in the construction of the 44-hectare Okada Manila casino complex, as well as the fitting-out of the offices for the World Health Organization.

As the proprietor of AP Napoles Construction, Allan also did several design-and-build projects for families, retail businesses, and resorts.

And with over three decades of solid industry experience, Allan established ArkiNovus in November 2020 with a vision to offer end-to-end design, construction, and management solutions to its clients of different walks – residential, commercial, offices, and government projects.

Allan is currently affiliated with the United Architects of the Philippines and the Philippine Green Building Council as a certified BERDE Professional.
