ArkiNovus has once again partnered with Allianz PNB Life Insurance Corporation for the successful completion of a 2,600-square-meter office fit-out project in Makati City, marking another milestone in their continuing collaboration.
Completed between April and September 2025, the project reflects the shared vision of creating a modern, functional, and culturally grounded workplace. As Project Manager, ArkiNovus provided full oversight throughout the implementation phase of this design-and-build project, ensuring that every detail—from coordination to quality—met the client’s exacting standards.
The result is a workspace that blends modern design with Filipino character — warm wood finishes, woven light accents, and patterned wall panels come together to create an environment that feels both professional and familiar. Every zone, from the collaborative spaces and training areas to the reception and lounge, was crafted to encourage connection, focus, and comfort.
